Chief Manager - Finance Reporting
Position Demands
- Chartered Accountant
- 10 to 14 years of experience.
- Ability to do financial closure of accounts, including notes to accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles
- Uses accounting knowledge for analysis and management reporting
- In-depth knowledge of the below mentioned :

- Companies Act
- SAP
- Other Industry Practices.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Preparation and maintenance of Monthly Standalone and consolidated financial statements for the organization including its subsidiariesManaging large capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.Develop and maintain system for prompt and timely maintenance of financial and accounting information incorporating changes on account of latest developments in accounting standardsPreparation of standalone / Consolidated accounts after incorporating 30-40 subsidiaries (including some foreign subsidiaries) every quarter and complying with requirements of :Listing Obligations (earlier Clause 41 of the listing agreements) with stock exchangesCompanies Act (Including Schedule III)Ind AS / Accounting Standards / other IGAAPLiaison with actuary / units for actuarial valuation of employee benefits e.g. Gratuity, EL, ML and LSACompliance with MSME ActMonthly analysis of trial balance and P&L variations for different businesses across the organization.Close Coordination with Statutory auditors to ensure timely closing of audit and resolve audit observationsMonitor posting of INDAS adjustment in SAP on monthly basisAccounting Policy Formulation. Well versed with INDAS and ensuring Caro CompliancePrepare quarterly board deck along with detailed variance analysisCross functional coordination on regular requirements.Hands on experience of SAP accounting software.Competencies
