About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (PPC / Paid Marketing) ( Custom App Development Services) with strong expertise in generating qualified international B2B leads for custom mobile / web app development services . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads , targeting markets such as USA, UK, UAE, and Australia .
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other global platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on high-quality B2B leads.
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to reduce CPL and maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions) and perform A / B testing.
- Collaborate with design / content teams on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Set up and maintain tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
- Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports and provide data-driven insights.
- Conduct competitor research and stay updated on digital trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital / performance marketing for IT, SaaS, or app development services.Proven success in generating international B2B leads for custom development projects.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, and tracking tools.Strong analytical abilities and understanding of funnel strategies and remarketing.Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing B2B software or IT services.Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Performance Marketing.Agency or IT services company background.Key Metrics (KPIs)
