About the Role

We’re seeking a Lead WordPress Developer who can develop, maintain, optimize, and scale our corporate website end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who understands performance-driven design, has strong technical expertise, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll work closely with marketing, design, SEO, and product teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences that support our business goals.

What You’ll Do

Website Development & Maintenance

1. Develop, update, and manage a complex WordPress website with a focus on uptime, performance, and stability.

2. Build responsive layouts, custom themes, plugins, and features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

3. Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve critical errors, and perform routine updates and maintenance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Work closely with marketing, product, design, and SEO teams to create high-impact, optimized, and accessible web pages.

2. Implement and test new features including landing pages, forms, and SEO enhancements.

3. Serve as the primary technical bridge between marketing, IT, and external development partners.

Performance Optimization & Analytics

1. Monitor site performance metrics such as page speed, traffic, conversions, engagement, and technical SEO.

2. Recommend and execute improvements to enhance user experience and site performance.

3. Ensure smooth CMS operations and guide non-technical team members in maximizing WordPress capabilities.

Support & Governance

1. Provide training, documentation, and technical support to enable efficient content management.

2. Be available periodically during US business hours for critical escalations and live troubleshooting when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

1. 5–7 years of hands-on experience developing and managing WordPress websites, ideally within B2B tech or SaaS.

2. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for both front-end and back-end development.

3. Experience working with plugins, themes, page builders, performance tools, and WordPress security best practices.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

6. Willingness to be accessible during US hours as needed for urgent issue resolution.
