Job descriptionYou'll own technical solution delivery , directly fuelling client revenue and success through precise strategy and execution. This means architecting scalable AI solutions to accelerate adoption and build trust. You'll forge strategic technical alliances for competitive advantage and serve as the authoritative technical voice in executive-level client conversations, translating complex challenges into elegant engineering solutions. Your critical role is to be the chief technical translator and innovator , bridging client challenges with our intelligent, AI-powered software engineering solutions for seamless understanding and optimal delivery. You'll direct the design of AI-native, cloud-forward solutions grounded in process intelligence to drive true value, replacing "nice slides" with pleasant surprises for clients through working, real outcomes. You will assume comprehensive accountability for the end-to-end delivery of all software engineering projects. This includes meticulously overseeing adherence to timelines, managing budgets effectively, and ensuring impeccable engineering quality across all deliverables. Your role involves providing timely resolution and maintaining effective, proactive communication with all stakeholders. At Searce, leadership is action . Locally Tuned Ecosystem Navigation : Possesses deep understanding of the regional technical terrain—including client environments, hyperscaler platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS), key ISVs, and AI platforms—enabling immediate impact and effective solution design from day one . Brings CTO Energy : Brings a potent mix of technical vision, high ownership, relentless execution, and a clear bias for driving real-world impact through engineering solutions. Impactful Contributor to Transformation at Scale : Played a pivotal role in driving large-scale technical transformations for significant enterprises (e.g., within major business units of $1Bn+ organizations), delivering tangible engineering outcomes beyond mere slideware. Production-Ready Automation Engineering : Has engineered and delivered production-grade software solutions for horizontal automation across functions across diverse domains like telecom, fintech, healthcare, or retail, moving beyond theoretical concepts to real-world, operational systems. Scaling Expertise (0→1, 1→10) : You understand what it takes to build and grow software solutions, products, or engineering initiatives with speed and intent, from inception to significant scale.
