About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Data Functional Consultant - Healthcare with expertise in Epic Caboodle to support our healthcare data initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare data models, data warehousing, and business intelligence, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of Epic Caboodle for analytics and reporting.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide functional expertise on Epic Caboodle Healthcare Data Warehouse Model to optimize data analytics and reporting.
  • Access, analyze, and interpret Epic Caboodle data to support business and clinical insights.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable reports.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Support decision-making by providing insights from healthcare datasets.

What You'll Bring :

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Epic Caboodle Healthcare Data Warehouse Model.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic data insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be available during UAE working hours and commit 20-30 hours per week.
  • Experience with Epic Clarity, Cogito, or other healthcare data platforms.
  • Prior experience working with UAE healthcare systems is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Epic Caboodle, data analytics, or healthcare IT(preferred).
