Key Responsibilities :
- Manage overall school administration activities , ensuring smooth daily operations
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance functions
- Oversee cafeteria and pantry operations , ensuring cleanliness and efficiency
- Ensure timely execution of repairs and upkeep of school infrastructure and facilities
- Maintain records and documentation related to admin tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for various facility needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Utilize computer applications for reporting, record-keeping, and communication
- Collaborate with school leadership for planning and executing administrative improvements
Educational Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)Experience :
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in school administration or similar operational roleSkills Required
