LMS Instructional Designer – Full Time

We’re Cyberlite — we work in cyber safety, AI literacy, and digital wellbeing across Asia-Pacific. We’ve reached 16 countries, built award-winning curriculum, and deliver learning that actually changes behaviour. Now we’re looking for a creative LMS Instructional Designer who can turn ideas into irresistible learning — from playful kids’ lessons to polished Train-the-Trainer programs.

This isn’t your average “upload a SCORM and call it a day” role. You’ll bring courses to life end-to-end : storyboarding, graphics, interactivity, LMS setup, QA — the whole journey. If you love crafting a bright, kid-friendly PPT as much as designing a rigorous educator pathway, keep reading.

The Opportunity

As our LMS Instructional Designer, you’ll :

• Build engaging online courses on our LMS (Moodle / Canvas / TalentLMS or similar) — structure, flow, and learner experience.
• Create beautiful learning assets — slides, infographics, templates, short videos, quizzes, and downloads.
• Bring our content to life with clear narratives, inclusive design, and interactive elements that actually teach.
• Collaborate across teams — work with subject experts, writers, and designers to ship high-quality modules on time.
• Make real impact — help educators teach cyber safety and digital wellbeing with confidence.
