Job Description :

Lead overall site execution for high-rise residential and commercial projects from initiation to completion.

Supervise and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project operations.

Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, manpower, and materials.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site reviews, address technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain strict adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements (BMC, RERA, etc.).

Oversee subcontractor management, billing verification, and resource planning.

Prepare progress reports and present updates to management on key milestones.

Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and risk management across project phases.
