Category Head (UPSC / PSC)

We are looking for a Category Head – UPSC / PSC who will own and drive the entire strategy, content, and growth for India's most aspirational exam segment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for the UPSC / PSC vertical
• Own the P&L, revenue targets, and ROI of the category
• Curate, review, and expand high-quality study materials (notes, test series, mentorship programs)
• Build partnerships with top educators, institutes, and subject matter experts
• Oversee regional language adaptation and ensure curriculum alignment
• Lead a team of content creators, editors, and academic associates
• Mentor and collaborate with external educators and coaching partners
• Work with marketing teams to design campaigns, webinars, and workshops
• Drive student engagement through Telegram / YouTube communities, influencer collaborations, and 'Toppers Club' initiatives
• Use analytics and exam trends to optimize product relevance
• Continuously improve offerings to maximize student success rates
