Job descriptionConduct regular compliance testing of applicable Indian and Saudi laws, including tax, labor, corporate, and commercial regulations. Monitor statutory and regulatory developments and assess compliance impact. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure corrective actions and risk mitigation. Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support strategic decision-making by management. Present audit insights, trend analysis, and performance dashboards in an actionable format. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align reporting with business priorities. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core business functions. Structure and streamline accounting and finance processes for better control, transparency, and scalability. Assist in business restructuring, process redesign, or cross-border transitions with focus on audit and compliance perspectives. Apply tactical thinking to resolve audit issues and drive process improvements. Liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure audit findings are understood and implemented. Contribute to a strong internal control environment and promote audit awareness across the organization. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, OR Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA - Inter) who has completed mandatory articleship Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in internal audit, compliance testing, or accounting roles, ideally including exposure to Saudi Arabian and Indian regulatory environments. Good knowledge of internal control frameworks, Audit and Accounting standards, and process reviews. Solid understanding of Indian and Saudi regulatory environments. Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Internal Audit & Risk Management
- Independently plan and conduct internal audits across departments based on risk assessments.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and risk mitigation measures.
- Identify internal control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and non-compliance issues and provide practical recommendations.
