Job Title : L2 Support Engineer (Field Support)

Location : Mumbai

Work Mode : Onsite / Field Support

Job Summary :

The L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for field support, implementation, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure environments, including virtualization platforms, server hardware, operating systems, and network devices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot VMware ESXi hosts and clusters.
• Manage VMware vCenter and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
• Configure VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, and related clustering technologies.
• Install and troubleshoot Cisco switches, VLANs, and basic networking.
• Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Install, configure, and manage Linux systems.
• Perform server hardware installation and RAID configuration.
• Provide support for Windows 10 / 11 client systems.
• Work with backup solutions for backup and restore operations (if required).
• Document configurations and provide field support reports to clients.
