About the Role

Zywave is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Integration Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, including Zywave products, ERP platforms, and internal tools .

This role is crucial in ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, and operational efficiency across the organization.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions that support business operations and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Development & Maintenance :
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and data consistency.
  • Data Flow Monitoring & Troubleshooting :
  • Monitor data pipelines and integration processes. Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to maintain data accuracy and minimize business disruption.
  • Collaboration & Requirements Gathering :
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Documentation & Best Practices :
  • Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, workflows, and data mappings. Enforce best practices for data management and ETL standards.
  • Continuous Improvement :
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability, and efficiency. Recommend and implement modern tools and practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or related roles
  • Strong proficiency with SSIS and other ETL / integration tools
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical , and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration abilities and attention to detail

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory , Azure Function Apps , and Azure Service Bus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration best practices
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is a plus

    • Technical Proficiency

  • ETL Tools : SSIS, Azure Data Factory
  • Cloud Integration : Azure Function Apps, Service Bus
  • CRM : Salesforce
  • Databases : Microsoft SQL Server
  • Productivity Tools : Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
