We’re Hiring : APIGEE Platform Engineer – Pune (Hinjewadi)

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled APIGEE Platform Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Google Apigee, Kubernetes, and a solid understanding of API security protocols and networking fundamentals. You’ll be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing robust API platforms that ensure scalability, security, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage APIGEE API Gateway solutions.

Deploy and maintain APIGEE components in Kubernetes (GKE / OpenShift) environments.

Implement API security protocols – OAuth 2.0, JWT, Mutual TLS, etc.

Configure and optimize load balancing, DNS, and network connectivity for high availability and resilience.

Monitor and troubleshoot API performance, reliability, and latency issues.

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to streamline API management workflows.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proven experience working with APIGEE Hybrid.

Solid experience of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

Expertise in API Gateway design, policies, and proxies.

Deep understanding of networking concepts – DNS, Load Balancers, SSL / TLS, TCP / IP.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
