ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in North Goa. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of multiple luxury villas, ensuring quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include managing the upkeep of properties, supervising housekeeping and maintenance teams, liaising with vendors for services, and addressing guest concerns promptly. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Facility management skills, including maintenance oversight and operational planning
Ability to manage and supervise teams, including housekeeping and maintenance staff
Vendor management, budget planning, and effective communication skills
Problem-solving and organizational abilities to ensure seamless villa operations
Knowledge of health and safety standards in the hospitality or property management industry
Previous experience in luxury property or hospitality management is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling and reporting is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
