Job description
  • To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.
  • Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence.
  • To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
  • Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.

    • Eligibility

    • Candidate should have a regular degree (Candidates with distance education may refrain from applying)
    • Candidate should have a flair for marketing & Sales
    • He / She should have a thorough knowledge on gold loan operation with 1 -2 year experience in Bank / NBFC

      • Skills Required

      Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, Customer Engagement, Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, crm software, Negotiation Skills
