About the Role

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants who specialize in selling builder floors , with strong exposure to projects from Adani, Birla, ROF, MRG , and similar developers. Candidates must have hands-on experience in the Gurgaon market and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end sales for builder floors and residential properties
• Attend client inquiries and conduct site visits
• Maintain strong knowledge of projects from Adani, Birla, ROF, MRG, etc.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently
• Keep updated market knowledge of Gurgaon real estate trends
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
• Maintain sales reports and follow-up logs
