Your Focus

As Workday Integration Developer, you will be responsible for design and development oversight for various integration between Workday applications and with Third party HRM / Payroll / Planning / Spend management system applications, and having knowledge of different integration tools like Boomi and MuleSoft. You should have hands-on skills in the following areas Workday (Studio, EIB, Connector Toolkits etc.), Advanced Integration concepts with messaging component understanding, API technologies.

The role is Chennai, India based and will report to Senior Manager Application Integration.

How You Will Contribute

• Understand current implementation and integration of HRM / Payroll / Planning / Spend Management systems and other legacy non-HR integrations.
• Collaborate and engage with key program and project teams across the enterprise to conceive, architect, and deliver integration solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Work closely with in-house technical team across the globe, System integrators, and project leadership to deliver / support solutions integration for Workday HRIS and other integration tools.
• Lead the development and rollout of integration standards and processes aligned with strategic objectives to govern integration solutions.
• Support the established AMS team to troubleshoot / address integration issues.
• Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business leads where required.
• Lead discovery sessions with business subject matter experts across various technical integration areas in delivering high-level design documentation.
• Advise business partners on adoption of Workday integrations and security best practices.
