Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Maintenance Engineer, located in Ghaziabad. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day equipment maintenance, performing preventive maintenance, carrying out maintenance and repair tasks, and addressing electrical maintenance needs. The role involves ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

' Handling of machine breakdown and corrected the machine

' Maintain the shift log books

prepare the requirement of spare parts as per requirement

' Execute the preventive and daily department work as per plan and schedule

' maintain the 5s of maintenance department

' Manage & prepare shift plan of team.

Qualifications and Experience :

' Diploma (Electrical Engineering)

Skills :

' Knowledge of forging machines (Hammer, heat treatment)

'Working experience on Fanuc CNC & VMC machines

' Knowledge of PLC & RLC based machines.

Knowledge of utility ( DG, Compressor, Cooling Tower, HT

Knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic system

Knowledge of department documentation as check sheet, log book etc

• Should be skilled with computer quotation & ERP
