Genesys Cloud Solution Architect

About Position :

We are seeking a seasoned Genesys Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design, migration, and optimization of CCaaS platforms in a digital-first environment. This role is critical for driving transformation from legacy on-prem systems to modern cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do :

Lead migration from Genesys Engage (on-prem) to Genesys Cloud (GCCX).

Architect and implement CCaaS solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Optimize and enhance existing Genesys Cloud deployments.

Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.

Design scalable technical solutions based on business requirements.

Plan and communicate system architecture to development teams.

Evaluate software / hardware options and recommend integration strategies.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Expertise You'll Bring :

10+ years in IT with strong CCaaS expertise.

Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (GCCX) and Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud).

Strong knowledge of CCaaS migration and modernization projects.

Proficiency in Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, third-party tools / packages).

Familiarity with contact center KPIs, metrics, and customer experience best practices.

Ability to plan, design, and deliver scalable solutions while mentoring teams.

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
