Overview of the role :
IFB .
Reporting to the IFB Manager, the Store Keeper handles ordering, receiving, and organizing food products, ensuring availability in line with IKEAs quality and safety standards.
What you will do :
- Process and track food orders and deliveries
- Monitor stock levels; manage overstock / shortage
- Keep storage areas organized and compliant with safety standards
- Prepare monthly stock reports and discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers and handle data in Navision
- Follow up on invoices with finance
