Job Title : Head – Sales & Marketing (Real Estate) Location : Raipur, CG Experience : 15–18 Years (Real Estate / Construction) CTC- 50 lpa + Incentives Chhattisgarh work experience mandatory
Role Overview : Company is looking for an experienced and result-driven professional to head its Sales & Marketing function. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet project-wise sales targets and ensure timely inventory movement. Lead the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns (digital & offline) to generate high-quality leads and improve brand visibility. Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients to expand market reach. Plan and oversee the launch of new projects, including pricing, positioning, promotions, and market communication. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Guide and motivate the sales team, ensuring performance tracking, training, and target achievement. Coordinate closely with the CRM and project teams to ensure smooth customer experience from lead generation to post-sale support.
Requirements : 15–18 years of experience in real estate / construction sales and marketing. Strong leadership and team management experience. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making. MBA or relevant degree in Sales / Marketing preferred.
