Presently we are looking for the Dialer Admin for a very large BPO Client as per the below given details. Please apply in confidence.
About the Role The Dialer Admin will be responsible for managing and optimizing dialer systems to ensure efficient operations and performance.
Responsibilities Configure, monitor, and maintain dialer systems (e.g., Genesys, Five9, NICE, Avaya, etc.) Manage campaign setup, list management, and pacing strategies to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with operations, workforce management, and IT teams to align dialer strategies with business goals Monitor real-time performance and troubleshoot dialer-related issues Generate and analyze dialer performance reports and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal dialing policies Support non-voice communication channels (email / chat) as needed
Qualifications Graduate with good verbal and written communication skills 1 Year experience in back-office work in either Dialer Admin or Email / Chat domain Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication in English Analytical mindset with attention to detail Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Time management and multitasking skills Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Hands-on experience with dialer platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9, NICE inContact, Aspect, etc.) Familiarity with Banking systems and contact center technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate with equivalent experience Prior experience in a non-voice BPO / KPO environment Exposure to workforce management or Email / Chat process Ability to analyze and draw insights from the data Strong reporting skills using Microsoft office Should understand customer’s expectation on Quality Intellectual ability and writing competence
Pay range and compensation package 440000 LPA
