We are seeking an experienced Senior Tester to spearhead the testing efforts for complex data platform migration and cloud analytics projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of large-scale migrations from on-premises platforms such as Hadoop, Teradata, and SAP BW to modern cloud data platforms, including Datasphere, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, Synapse, and Redshift. The successful candidate will write test cases, execute test cases, and ensure the integrity, performance, and reliability of the migrated data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance :

• Oversee test execution for data migrations, including ETL processes, schema validation, data transformation, and reconciliation for SIT. Support during UAT, Parallel Run, and Prod deployment.
• Validate performance benchmarks on target cloud platforms to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across source and target systems.
• Conduct regression testing to verify the stability of incremental migrations and updates.
• Build Automation testing scripts as needed.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and cloud architects to resolve defects and optimize performance.
