Job description

A multinational consumer and industrial firm is seeking a  Media Planner (Remote)  to strategize, plan, and execute digital media campaigns across Asia. This role encompasses all key markets, including Japan, Korea, ANZ, Taiwan, India, and Southeast Asia. The Media Planner will drive business growth by developing effective, measurable, and innovative digital media strategies across display, native, social, performance, and cross-channel platforms. The ideal candidate will bring media expertise and a proven ability to deliver impactful results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Own digital and integrated media strategy for the divisions / brands. Understand the divisions and countries' business goals, objectives & target audience and develop / plan / optimize media campaigns to support the strategic marketing plans across Asia. Drive customer-centric thinking for integrated and digital marketing executions by advocating for end-user touchpoints to deliver a relevant and differentiated customer experience. Continuously seek to improve digital communication effectiveness throughout the consumer journey. Establish paid (digital) media planning and efficiency management across key brands in the divisional portfolio. Paid media measurement and KPIs set-up for campaigns and overall brand / product development. Media data analysis and conducting data-driven optimization continuously. Manage agency and in / external stakeholders to increase paid media efficiency. Drive e-commerce sales and traffic to e-tailer platforms and improve media dollars efficiency. Follow and find implementation opportunities of the latest industry trends and technologies (media-centric). Keep abreast of competitors media strategy and activities (competitor monitoring). Periodic reporting to internal stakeholders. Perform the role of a subject matter expert for digital (media / campaigns) executions in Asia. Experience with traditional (offline) media planning is a good to have. REQUIREMENTS Experience with display, social media, SEM, analytics and other digital media planning & execution in Asia. Data analytics experience with Adobe Analytics or other web analytics. Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills. Ability to work independently, problem solve and leverage multiple functions / business / country / global support. Affinity for learning and applying new technologies and staying abreast of new trends. Excellent project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once. Powered by JazzHR
