Job descriptionApp Store Optimization (ASO) : Optimize our organic app store assets, including descriptions, keywords, design assets, etc. Paid Mobile Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute mobile marketing campaigns across app stores (iOS & Android) to drive user acquisition Growth Marketing : Work with the product team to optimize in-app experiences, push notifications, onboarding flows, and other touchpoints to improve user engagement Web and Content Marketing : Oversee organic ( SEO , landing page optimization, blogs, social media) and paid channels to drive brand awareness and downloads. Product Marketing : Build product positioning and messaging that drives familiarity, consideration, and action from our customers and prospects Analyze and Optimize Campaigns : Analyze performance (LTV, incrementality) and cost of campaigns. Optimize campaigns based on performance. Conduct A / B tests in-app and on the web. Innovation and New Marketing Channels : Identify and leverage new growth opportunities, such as affiliate programs, influencer marketing, or referral programs Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, and engineering to execute marketing campaigns. Analytics : strong understanding of marketing metrics, ability to analyze with Excel / Sheets (SQL not required) Problem Solving : rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and implement actions to address critical business issues, and optimize marketing campaigns Content marketing : able to write compelling English content for marketing assets and web (not long-form SEO content) Communication : able to collaborate with cross-functional teams from various countries Initiative and Ownership : able to work independently to generate and execute marketing campaigns ; a sense of accountability for delivering impact Customer empathy and interest in consumer applications : interested in consumer internet applications and excited about delivering a good customer experience Successful in dynamic environments : rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities. Affiliate marketing Influencer marketing Customer research and developing customer personas

This is a remote position.
Required Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing
- A strong grasp of the mobile product marketing toolkit ( both paid and ASO ), including market measurement, competitive analysis, target audience definition
- Paid UA experience on web (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
- Analytics tools ( Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc .) to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelors in a quantitative field (Engineering, Business, Economics, Math, Sciences etc.); MBA in marketing from a top-tier school
