About the Founder : Amit Jain, our founder, is an IIT Delhi and Stanford graduate with over 20 years of industry experience. He has held significant roles such as Managing Director at Sequoia Capital and Head of Asia Pacific at Uber. Amit's vision and leadership are steering Zamp towards a revolutionary future in finance.

About Our Investors : Zamp raised ~$22Mn in our seed funding round from notable investors including Sequoia Capital, Dara Khosrowshahi (CEO, Uber), Tony Xu (CEO, DoorDash), Marcelo Claure (ex-CEO, SoftBank International), and other prominent angel investors. About the role : As the Finance Manager at Zamp, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial initiatives. You'll be responsible for overseeing various financial functions with a strategic lens, including financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, entity planning and structuring, and product pricing. Your insights and strategic thinking will directly contribute to Zamp's growth trajectory and market positioning in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Zamp's long-term goals and market positioning- Lead the FP&A function to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes- Develop financial models to support business initiatives and assess performance metrics- Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and conduct financial due diligence- Assess and optimize Zamp's corporate structure for efficiency and compliance- Evaluate tax implications and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities- Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations- Work with Product and GTM teams to develop pricing strategies for Zamp's products- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with product value proposition and market demand

Qualifications & Skill Set Required : - Proven 3 to 6 years experience.- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative financial solutions- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and bring them to a conclusion
