About the Position :
We are seeking an Experienced Draftsman with expertise in working drawings for high-rise buildings to join our dynamic team at StudioKIA. This full-time position is based in Gurugram, India, and presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our diverse portfolio of high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing detailed construction and working drawings with precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed architectural working drawings for high-rise buildings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to prepare structural, mechanical, and electrical coordination drawings .
- Ensure that all drawings meet local building codes, regulations, and project requirements .
- Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentation drawings .
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and manage revisions as required.
- Use AutoCAD, and other drafting software to create high-quality technical drawings.
- Collaborate with the architectural team to optimize design feasibility and construction methodologies.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to verify and update drawings based on field conditions.
