Chiller Cum MEP Operator

Education & Experience

A minimum of five years of commercial experience required
Diploma / ITI / NCTVT in the subject area of work
Relevant PWD license is mandatory
Individual with multi-skills ability will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

You need to have a thorough knowledge on Electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing & fire fighting.

You will oversee the HVAC i.e. installation and maintenance of A.C heating and ventilation like changing fillers, Maintenance of Chiller Plants, etc.

You will maintain electrical parts for outlets and application of other systems like lighting switches, fire alarm, security system, CCTV systems, etc.

You will handle plumbing including STP and pipe system as well as gas delivery system in Canteen and laboratory setting.

Since University has modern building it will require substantial ventilation environmental control as well as safety precaution & preventive measures.

You will lead a team & be able to supervise & coordinate the activities

You will be a single point of contact responsible for work in the area of Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing (MEP) system.

You will prepare consolidated daily check schedule and process driven checks & balances for efficient & smooth functioning of all the required equipment and MEP works at the campus.

You will provide full support to the administration department at the campus.

You will report to the Deputy Registrar / Assistant Registrar and assist him in smooth functioning of the campus activities & maintenance.

Any other work assigned to you by the University from time to time.
