Educational Requirements & Experience

Degree : A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is often required. OR Master's Degree (Optional but Preferred) : An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field can be advantageous

Around 3-5 years of relevant experience, currently in a customer-facing role.

Technical Experience :

• Understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
• Experience with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Knowledge of the industry standards, technologies, and trends relevant to the company's offerings.
• Good understanding of the overall IT landscape
• Ideal for profiles that have already worked in the IAM / IGA space or with integration platforms.

Solution Experience :

This will be a US Shift timing from 8 PM IST to 5 AM IST
