We are seeking an RCI-Approved Psychologist to join our growing team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities :
Psychological Assessment : Conduct individual assessments using standard psychological tests and interview techniques to evaluate the mental health status of clients.
Therapeutic Support : Provide evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues.
Treatment Plans : Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique psychological needs and adjust them as necessary throughout treatment.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with professional standards.
Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, counselors, and mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.
Client Education : Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
Community Engagement : Participate in mental wellness workshops, community outreach programs, and educational seminars to raise awareness about mental health issues.
