Job Description : Overview :

We are seeking a skilled EPM / BPMN Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management or Business Process Model and Notation, with a proven track record of optimizing business processes and improving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities :

EPM Implementation :

Lead the implementation and management of EPM solutions to enhance decision-making processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance metrics and integrate them into EPM tools.

BPMN Design and Analysis :

Design and model business processes using BPMN standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and recommend improvements.

Process Optimization :

Identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization.

Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Engage with various departments to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on EPM / BPMN projects.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on EPM / BPMN methodologies.

Reporting and Documentation :

Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and project outcomes.

Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.

Continuous Improvement :

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in EPM and BPMN.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in EPM or BPMN, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in EPM tools (such as Oracle EPM, SAP BPC) or BPMN software (such as Bizagi, Lucidchart).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certification in EPM or BPMN methodologies.

Experience in a similar role within the technology or consulting industry.

Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
