Key Responsibilities

• Retail & Store Coordination
• Act as a link between offline and online stores.
• Ensure all product details (pricing, availability, etc.) are accurate and updated.
• Collect feedback on best-performing products and share insights with the production manager.
• E-Commerce Management
• Regularly update product and inventory details on Shopify.
• Manage the  Ready-to-Ship (RTS)  section and highlight weekly bestsellers.
• Follow up on abandoned cart orders to recover sales.
• Inventory & Documentation
• Maintain and update challan records for sales and stock.
• Event & Collaboration Tracking
• Research and document details of upcoming events relevant to the brand.
• Customer Service
• Handle client inquiries via chat platforms and ensure excellent support.
• PR Management
• Track PR-related inventory and ensure timely returns of loaned items.
• Content Creation
• Contribute to creating content for social media platforms.
