About The Role

The Bank Officer – CASA is responsible for acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving business targets through customer engagement and field sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, market activities, and cold calling.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as:
    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • Insurance
    • Fixed Deposits
    • POS/QR solutions
    • Digital banking services
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure completion of KYC and account opening documentation.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with branch operations for smooth onboarding.
  • Handle customer queries and provide banking solutions.
  • Conduct local market mapping and business sourcing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and banking knowledge preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
