Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and motivated tele caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services / products, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Provide information about our products / services and address client queries.
- Follow up with existing customers for payments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the customer database.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office for managing data and reporting.
Qualifications :
Working Hours : 10 : 00 a.m. to 07 : 00 p.m.
Salary : INR Rs 15000 per month
