Position Purpose

The Paid Ads Specialist is engaged to provide technical expertise and strategic execution across our digital advertising portfolio. This role requires a specialist who understands the nuances of the Jewellery and Luxury Retail industry, balancing the needs of omni-channel brands WITH_REPLACED pure-play e-commerce brands.

Contractual Nature & Exclusivity

• Dedicated Specialist: This is an exclusive engagement. The Contractor must work solely for us to ensure total strategic focus, data security, and alignment WITH_REPLACED our brand goals.
• Operational Autonomy: As an independent professional, the Contractor is responsible for managing their workflow and maintaining professional 'uptime' to meet Australian business deadlines.
  
  

Service Schedule & Availability


The Contractor will provide services Monday to Friday for a standard Indian business day (9 hours including a 1-hour break), starting at 6:30 am IST sharp to ensure maximum overlap WITH_REPLACED the Australian team.

• Indian Standard Time (IST): 6:30 am – 3:30 pm
• South Australian Time ACST (Standard Time): 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
• South Australian Time ACDT (Daylight Savings): 11:30 am – 8:30 pm
  
  

Communication & Language Standards

• English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory. The Specialist must be able to communicate complex data trends clearly to the Australian management team.
• Response SLA: Responses to Microsoft Teams queries within 1 business hour Emails within 4 business hours.
  
  

Key Responsibilities & Tasks


Campaign Management & Precision

• Full-Funnel Execution: Manage 6-figure monthly spends across Google Ads (PMax, Standard Shopping, Search, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads (ASC, DPA, Retargeting).
• Ad Copywriting: Draft and iterate high-converting English ad copy that reflects the elegance and emotive nature of the jewellery industry.
• Accuracy: 100% on-time activation/deactivation of campaigns WITH_REPLACED zero-error execution regarding pricing and promotional dates.
  
  

Strategic Analysis & Technical Stack

• Audience Strategy: Use Klaviyo and Salesforce data to identify high-value segments for New Customer Acquisition (NCA).
• Feed & Profitability: Optimise product feeds via Simprosys and monitor net profit (not just ROAS) via Profit Peak.
  
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Financial: Achievement of revenue targets within strict Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) benchmarks.
• Growth: Measurable increase in New Customer Acquisition (NCA).
• Content Quality: Production of high-quality English ad copy that aligns WITH_REPLACED brand voice and drives CTR.
  
  

Requirements & Experience

• Budget Management (Mandatory): Extensive experience managing 6-figure monthly marketing budgets across multiple platforms.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Jewellery, Fashion, or Luxury Goods vertical is highly desirable.
• Copywriting Skills: Proven ability to write persuasive, grammatically perfect English marketing copy.
• Technical: Current Google Ads and Meta Certified Media Buying Professional status.
• Soft Skills: High task ownership, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
