Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Conduct regression testing, functional testing, UI testing, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
- Ensure test coverage of Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Custom Applications .
- Use Salesforce Test Automation tools (such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca) to automate test cases.
- Validate APIs, workflows, and data integrity within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Work closely with the development team in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and Salesforce security standards .
