Job descriptionManage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries. Utilize CRM software to efficiently document customer interactions and manage data accurately. Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any operational issues. Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by following established procedures. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for quick resolution. Assist in backend operations by performing data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required. Continuously develop skills and knowledge to stay updated on company products, policies, and services. Contribute to team performance and achievement of service standards and operational goals.
Job Overview
The Voice Process and Backend Process position is designed for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. This full-time role is based in Delhi and involves managing customer interactions and handling backend operations efficiently. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and possess excellent communication skills.
