We are hiring for a client in the education sector looking for a Sales / Admission Counselor Intern to assist with lead conversion and enrollment processes for a reputed College [Client]. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for guiding students, this is a great opportunity.

Role & Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to leads generated by the institution

Counsel and guide students through the admission process

Follow up and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments

Manage email communication with prospective students

Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system

Track and report conversion progress

Requirements :

Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)

Prior experience in sales or admissions (preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation :

Fixed pay + performance-based incentives
