Experience Required -

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, preferably with Blue Prism.
  • Proven experience integrating RPA with AI, LLM, Amazon Bedrock, Web Services APIs, and other automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization & Assessment : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve workflow efficiencies.
  • End-to-End RPA Development : Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using Blue Prism while incorporating AI and LLM capabilities.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high reliability and performance.
  • Deployment & Maintenance : Implement automation solutions, monitor performance, and address issues proactively.
  • Documentation & Compliance : Maintain detailed technical documentation (SDD / PDD) for automation processes to ensure transparency and adherence to standards.
  • Scope of Work

    The RPA Developer will :

  • Assess and design automation solutions based on business needs.
  • Develop and implement RPA processes in alignment with Income's automation framework.
  • Support existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes
  • Ensure technical and functional feasibility of automation initiatives.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollout.
  • Integrate RPA with advanced technologies such as :
  • Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
  • Large Language Models (LLM)
  • Amazon Bedrock
  • OCR (Decipher)
  • Blue Prism Interact & Hub
  • Web Services APIs (RESTful)
