Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement Oracle WMS solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and configure Oracle WMS modules, including inventory management, order management, shipping, and receiving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
System Integration :
Integrate Oracle WMS with other Oracle applications, such as Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud SCM, and third-party systems.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration and data flow between systems.Configuration and Customization :
Configure Oracle WMS features, including location management, picking strategies, RF devices, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting processes.Implement customizations and extensions to meet client-specific business needs while ensuring the system's stability and scalability.Training and Support :
Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients on Oracle WMS functionality and best practices.Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance.Assist in system testing, go-live activities, and provide ongoing support during the transition phase.Project Management and Documentation :
Manage and lead multiple Oracle WMS implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, client expectations, and budgets.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.Continuous Improvement :
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle WMS product enhancements and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and improvements.Recommend and implement process optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.Required Qualifications :
Experience :
5+ years of experience in Oracle WMS consulting, with a proven track record of successful Oracle WMS implementations and optimization projects.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Warehouse Management and Oracle Supply Chain modules, including Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle Fusion.Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.Technical Skills :
Proficient in Oracle WMS setup, configuration, and customization.Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle SCM Cloud, or Oracle Fusion, and its integration with other Oracle products.Experience in using SQL, PL / SQL for data extraction, reporting, and customizations.Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) systems, barcode scanning, and mobile devices in Oracle WMS.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Oracle Certifications in WMS and Supply Chain Management are a plus.Soft Skills :
