We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to gain valuable experience in the HR field. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation and reporting.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and support initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Help in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
