We are hiring for a leading home retail brand looking to onboard an experienced General Manager – Retail to take full ownership of their pan-India retail operations. The brand currently operates with a turnover of ₹20–25 Cr and is gearing up for aggressive expansion. Need someone from home decor / home furnishing retai brands

About the Role This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire retail business, including sales, operations, team leadership, and profitability. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a central role in shaping the brand’s national growth journey.

Ideal Background : Strong experience in managing multi-store retail operations (preferably in home, lifestyle, or hard goods). A solid understanding of retail sales strategy, store profitability, and team management is essential. Looking for someone with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership approach.
