Technical Accounting / Bookkeeping skills – Australian KPO experience is preferredSpoken and written English communication skills are preferredPrior experience of voice calls with foreign clients is an advantage but not necessaryRoles and Responsibilities :
Reconciling and allocating day to day bank transactionsProcessing accounts receivable (sales) / and accounts payable (bills)Organising and processing payroll in an accurate and timely mannerCoordinating with foreign clients and third parties such as suppliers and customers through phone calls and emails as and when the need arisesCreating and posting month end journalsUndertaking month-end close and reviewMonthly reviews, and the generation of monthly reports and financial statements for clientsOnboarding new clients, including scoping the requirements and creating process documentation so that the client can be handed over to other staffCommunication & other Skills :
Confidence to communicate directly with Australian clients over email and telephone is an advantageHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailCustomer service driven (you think of solutions to problems)Experience with popular software used for Australian bookkeeping, specifically XERO, MYOB, NetSuite and / or QuickBooks OnlineCandidate attitude and approach :
