We’re looking for a digital marketing professional who understands how to create measurable impact through strategic and data-driven campaigns. This role goes beyond basic ad ops — you’ll shape messaging, drive user acquisition, and scale brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, , and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage SEO / SEM strategies to drive high-quality organic traffic.
- Develop and manage paid campaigns with a clear focus on ROI, CPL, and CAC metrics.
- Build and run email, retargeting, and automation funnels to nurture leads.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for creative and landing page alignment.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance; translate insights into action.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and platform changes.
Must-Have Skills :
Hands-on experience managing ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager).Strong understanding of performance metrics : CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Hotjar.Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and optimization strategies.Familiarity with basic design briefs and landing page UX.Comfort with A / B testing and conversion rate optimization.Bonus Points For :
Experience with HubSpot, WebEngage, Mailchimp, or similar CRM / email automation tools.Strong grasp of content-led growth strategies (blogs, video, webinars).Previous experience working with startup brands or scaling growth from scratch.Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.
