Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices

The Impact you will have in this role :
Associate Technical Writers at DTCC create documentation, in-product help and other content that help clients and stakeholders to use DTCC products correctly. They develop knowledge of given DTCC products and gather information on business line strategies and initiatives along with end user needs to apply in developing documentation solutions that optimize the client experience, supporting's more independent use of DTCC products. Types of deliverables include user guides, in-product help, technical specifications, best practice documents, FAQs and more.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
Create documentation, in-product help and other content that help users to more independently and efficiently use DTCC products, ensuring accuracy and quality of all deliverablesTranslate technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand, engaging and logically organized contentAssist in maintenance and / or development of content on the DTCC Learning CenterDevelop deep understanding of one or more DTCC business areasBuild and nurture relationships, collaborating with a range of stakeholdersAdhere to defined documentation processes and standards established within DTCC LearningFollow prescribed templates in Microsoft Office and / or MadCap Flare to create documentation and in-product help contentKeep up to date with and apply emerging and current learning / documentation / curation trends and best practicesParticipate in and contribute to DTCC Learning initiatives to advance our client enablement contentAligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriatelyQualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success :
Strong project management / organizational skillsExcellent written communication and editing capabilitiesExceptional attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlinesProficient to advanced MS Word and or MadCap Flare skills; MS Suite, and Sharepoint.Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
