Job Description
This hybrid position involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone.
To promote travel-related products and services. The role focuses on lead generation,
customer engagement, and converting inquiries into bookings, contributing significantly to

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote travel packages, flight deals,
hotel bookings, and other services.
Respond to incoming inquiries, providing detailed information about travel offeringsand addressing customer queries.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable options.Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating the benefits oftravel products.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company's revenuegoals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align tele calling activities withoverall business strategies.
Handle customer complaints and provide post-booking support to ensure customersatisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, marketing, or arelated field is advantageous.
Proven experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably within the travelindustry.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and MSOffice applications.
