Salesforce System Engineer

Shift Timings : 6 pm to 3 am IST

Position Responsibilities :

We’re looking for a Salesforce System Engineer I–II who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, optimizing systems, and communicating clearly across global teams.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and remediate Salesforce data storage issues (e.g., large task / email records, audit log cleanup) to control data footprint and performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems (e.g., Pramata, DocuSign, Saviynt).
• Develop and deploy Apex (classes / triggers), Lightning Web Components, and Flows—with unit tests—for features such as lead routing and entitlement provisioning.
• Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets) aligned to data & security models.
• Manage UAT environments, coordinate cutovers, and troubleshoot deployment issues; participate in code reviews and release management / CI.
• Administer permission sets and ensure secure access across Salesforce modules; follow least-privilege practices.
• Collaborate with admins, BAs, QA, and product partners to gather requirements, document solutions, and run knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Monitor system performance (errors, limits, automation health) and proactively identify areas for improvement.
