Job Summary :
The role is responsible for leading and managing the technology strategy and infrastructure for IndiGo's Loyalty Program. This role ensures the seamless integration, development, and management of all technological aspects of the program, aligning with business goals and customer needs. The position drives innovation, scalability, and operational excellence in loyalty program technology, overseeing system integrations, product lifecycle management, and maintaining a secure, resilient platform.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Master's in Technology (preferred)
Desired Experience :
15+ years in technology leadership roles, with expertise in product lifecycle management, solution architecture, and managing enterprise-level projects, especially in the travel domain with a focus on airlines and Loyalty Programs.Hands-on experience in system integrations and collaborating with external platform providers, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, drive innovation, and lead technology transformation initiatives.Proficient in technology platforms relevant to airlines and Loyalty Programs, with a deep understanding of cyber security, agile development methodologies, and cloud-based solutions.Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of making data-driven decisions to enhance product performance and customer experience.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, effectively managing internal and external relationships, including vendors and program partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Leadership & Vision :
Define and execute the technology strategy for IndiGo's Loyalty Program in alignment with business goals; stay updated on industry trends and emerging technology solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure technology services and products are customer-led, scalable, and cost-effective.Develop capabilities and structures for managing change, agile development, cyber security, data management, and service managementProduct Lifecycle & Development :
Oversee the technology roadmap for the Loyalty Program, ensuring alignment with product vision and objectives.Collaborate with the platform provider and other technology partners for product development and enhancements.Own and prioritize the development backlog, balancing tech transformation with day-to-day operations and support.Communicate clear vision and delivery plans for technology and digital service transformation to stakeholders.Use project management methodologies for tracking progress, managing risks, and resource allocation.System Integrations & Service Management :
Lead integration efforts with internal systems (PSS, CRM, ERP) and external partners to ensure seamless connectivity.Manage integrations with the Loyalty Program's LMS and ensure smooth onboarding of program partners.Ensure that technology services are resilient, secure, and scalable, aligning with industry standards for cyber security and certifications.Oversee incident management and technology partner SLA management.Budget, Business Development & Resource Management :
Develop and manage the budget for third-party technology spend, ensuring cost optimization.Contribute to business development efforts, including bids, proposals, and partnership discussions.Support funding and new partnership initiatives to drive business growth. Master system capabilities to ensure efficient backend maintenance and product parameter setup, guiding teams on product execution as needed.Talent Management :
