Job Title : Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support employer branding and job posting activities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles
• Work closely with the TA team on daily hiring tasks and recruitment drives
