Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Investor Relations to lead and manage all communication and relationships with current and potential investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity , capital markets , and IPO planning , preferably within the F&B or consumer sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
• Manage relationships with private equity partners, institutional investors, and prospective stakeholders.
• Drive the company’s IPO readiness, liaising with legal, finance, and compliance teams.
• Represent the company to financial analysts, investment banks, and investor communities.
• Prepare investor presentations, earnings releases, annual reports, and roadshow materials.
• Provide insights to the leadership team on investor perceptions and market trends.
• Ensure transparent, timely, and compliant financial communication to all stakeholders.
• Organize and lead investor meetings, analyst calls, and shareholder events.
